KAIZEN is the association of 2 words: Kai, change, and zen, better. This concept, born in the Japanese industry, embodies continuous improvement, through concrete, rapid and regular changes.
 
It is a whole state of mind based on principles such as proactivity, questioning practices, the search for pragmatic solutions, co-construction, and the empowerment of the members of the organization.


 From my past experience in a large Japanese group, I have kept this spirit of constant improvement and wanted to imbue it into my Talent Management consulting activity.

Kaizen is available in 2 intervention formulas:

  • AUTONOMY: Diagnosis and recommendations by us. You then take over for the deployment of the recommendations

  • FULL SUPPORT: Diagnosis, recommendations and development of tools and processes by us. The service can also be supplemented by other coaching and training services if necessary.

Approach

The KAIZEN consulting approach is inspired by the keys of the eponymous concept, and offers you a simple, pragmatic and concrete methodology for carrying out your situation diagnosis and the creation of your tools.

It is aimed at companies of all sizes and covers the entire field of Talent Management.

Overview

4 key milestones:

  1. Immersion in your reality to understand, through direct experimentation, your context and environment. This can be done through interviews with key people, focus groups, field visits to your workshops, points of sale, study of your existing tools, etc. as needed.

  2. Writing and presentation of your diagnosis and proposals for solutions/areas for improvement. With the AUTONOMY option, you take over following this step.

  3. With the FULL SUPPORT option, we take care of the creation of tools, processes, the briefing of your teams and possibly the deployment via training.

  4. Follow-up of your project at 3 months and 6 months in all cases.
