I am Claire Basso, founder of UGOKI Talent Experiences.
Sharing, helping people grow, connecting, inspiring are the driving forces that have led me to build my career in the HR function in the business world, and later as a professional coach.
My appetite for learning, intellectual challenges and my deep desire for freedom led me to reinvent myself through entrepreneurship.
I am now a Professional Coach, Mentor and Horse facilitated coaching specialist. Driven by the lessons of my experience and what positively impacts my life - the arts, creativity, horses, Japanese culture, sport - I aim, through my project, to create unique and high-value professional learning and development experiences for my clients.
As a tribute to Japan, to which I am very attached, I chose to call my business UGOKI, which means "Movement, Transformation" in Japanese. UGOKI translates my vision of talent development: a call to take action and change, for a better version of ourselves.
